Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit/debit card or Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Money, Wave) on our secure Paystack checkout page. Your payment details never go through our own servers.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed payment provider that encrypts your banking data. Manhishop never has access to your card number or Mobile Money credentials.
Shipping
What are the delivery times and fees?
Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Fees: 1000 FCFA in Abidjan, 2000 FCFA for the rest of Côte d'Ivoire, and 5000 FCFA to Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali, Senegal or Togo. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.
Do you deliver outside Côte d'Ivoire?
Yes, we also deliver to Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali, Senegal and Togo, for 5000 FCFA.
How can I track my order?
From your account, under "My orders", you can see your order's status: pending, paid, shipped, then delivered.
Returns & refunds
Can I return an item that doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 10 business days after delivery to request an exchange or refund, at no penalty. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For hygiene reasons, unsealed items (underwear, earrings, beauty products) can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Contact us by email (manhishop9@gmail.com) or WhatsApp with your order number and the reason; we'll walk you through the next steps.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
Contact us as soon as possible: products are covered against conformity defects and hidden defects, so the exchange or refund is handled at no cost to you in that case.
Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out without an account. Creating one lets you track your orders, save your addresses, and earn loyalty points.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp: a change or cancellation is still possible as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
I have a promo code, how do I use it?
Enter it in the field provided at checkout; the discount is applied automatically to your total before you confirm.
Loyalty & referrals
How do loyalty points work?
You earn 1 point for every 100 FCFA spent (excluding shipping). 1 point = 10 FCFA off, usable on your next order from your account.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link, available in your account: as soon as the friend you referred places their first paid order, you both get a 100-point loyalty bonus.

How do I pick the right size?
A size guide is available on each relevant product page. For some partner brands, a link redirects you to that brand's own size guide.
