Manhishopci.com (K-NOWLEDGE SARL Unipersonnelle) collects and processes your personal data (name, address, email, phone, order details) to process your orders, manage your account and improve our services, in accordance with Ivorian law n°2013-450 on personal data protection. - Recipients: your data is shared only with the technical providers necessary for the service — Paystack (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (order emails). These providers may process your data outside Côte d'Ivoire. - Retention: your data is kept for as long as necessary to manage your account and orders, then archived or deleted in line with our legal obligations. - Security: appropriate technical and organizational measures protect your data (encrypted connection, restricted access). - Cookies: used only for the site to function (login, cart, preferences) and anonymized visit statistics. - Your rights: you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to your data.
