These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made on Manhishopci.com from K-NOWLEDGE SARL Unipersonnelle. - Products and prices: displayed in CFA francs (FCFA), all taxes included. - Orders: an order is only confirmed once payment has been validated. - Payment: secured via Paystack, by credit/debit card or Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN Money, Wave). - Delivery: within 3 to 7 business days depending on destination, fees shown at checkout. - Right of withdrawal: under Ivorian law n°2016-412 on consumer protection, you have 10 business days from delivery to return a product for exchange or refund, at no penalty. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For hygiene reasons, unsealed items (underwear, earrings, beauty products) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. - Warranty: products are covered against conformity defects and hidden defects under applicable Ivorian law. - Disputes: we will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of Abidjan have exclusive jurisdiction.
